You can make a claim quickly online using My Aviva or over the phone. You just need to tell Aviva the symptoms and what you've been referred for and the claim can be approved for up to 10 sessions.
When you go to your appointment, all you need is your authorisation number and your membership number. Be aware you may be required to pay an excess directly to the clinic at your initial appointment (depending on the type of policy you have).
