​How to claim health insurance

​Making a health insurance claim varies depending on your insurance provider. At Vitality, you can start and manage your claim online:
​
1) Speak to a Vitality GP or refer yourself for medical treatment.
2) Start your claim online through Care Hub.
​3) Manage your claim online by booking appointments or requesting further care.

Make sure you check with Vitality what your policy terms are. Be aware that you may be required to pay an excess to the clinic. In most cases you'll need to provide your membership number and authorisation code and the clinic will invoice Vitality for treatment.
